Sunday’s listed and group racing comes from Ireland, Germany and Italy. Only RaceBets gives you the chance to make money in each of these countries, so let’s get stuck in and enjoy these quality races.

3:20        GOW     Denny Cordell Lavarack & Lanwades Stud Fillies Stakes (Group 3) 1m1f100y

A good race to kick off proceedings on Sunday. Discipline, for Dermot Weld and Pat Smullen is the deserved favourite in a race that doesn’t look that high on quality for a Group 3. Welds filly has two good runs at this sort of trip in her short career but we would like to have seen her take a step up on her third run, however it was after a break so let’s put that aside and respect those chances.  Three year old’s have dominated this contest and the horse we think will take all the beating is Marco Botti’s Aljazzi whose win last time out is the best on offer with the threat of more to come. It could be the start of a good day for the Botti family.

3:45        DOR       Grosser Preis von DSW21 – 132 Deutsches St Leger (Group 3) (3yo+) (Turf) 1m6f

Markus Klug’s Weltmacht is proven over this trip and has won at listed level and will take all the beating having already easily disposed of Iraklion. Weltmacht will be well punted today. This trip will really suit Techno Queen who is stoutly bred and may well come in to her own at 14f, her first try at this trip. The only other consideration is Rock of Romance who was a good winner last time out but at 6yo we might have already seen the best of him. We will side with the admirable filly Techno Queen to upset the apple cart and excel under a testing stamina trip.

2 units e/w Techno Queen

4:00        HNV      Grosser Preis der Metallbau Burckhardt GmbH (Listed Race) (3yo+ Fillies & Mares) (Turf) 1m

This Listed race won’t take a lot of winning and with many of these being exposed we are looking for a horse with potential, who is on the improve. We also like the 3yo allowance and the horse that fits this best is Redenca for Andreas Wohler. Her price is right for an each way bet and she wasn’t beaten far last time out in a race that included Marcus Klugs, Antalya.can

1 unit e/w  Redenca

4:40        SSI          Premio Federico Tesio (Group 2) (3yo+) (Turf) 1m3f

If its Italian Group racing then its either Dettori’s or the Botti’s and in this case it is the Botti family who come here to dominate, as they have over the last couple of decades. The horse in question is Circus Couture for Stefano Botti. This colt has run his best figures over 10f and is not ground dependent. He will prove too string for this opposition and his normal rider will get the best out of him.

4 units win Circus Couture
