Thistlecrack Is Back!
It’s an extremely busy Saturday, in terms of big races. Here’s what we can look forward to at Cheltenham…
Defi Du Seuil takes on Charli Parcs, in the G2 Triumph Trial Juvenile Hurdle (12:00pm), while both Saphir Du Rheu and Shantou Flyer should go close in the G3 Barbados Trophy Handicap Chase (1:10pm).
Un De Sceaux is hot-favourite, for the G1 Clarence House Chase (1:45pm) and the incredible Thistlecrack is surely the one to beat, in the G2 Cotswold Chase (2:15pm).
Nicky Henderson will have high hopes for William Henry, in the G2 Classic Novices’ Hurdle (3:25pm), while Unowhatimeanharry looks to deliver another knockout blow in the G2 Cleeve Hurdle (4:00pm).

Doncaster also has a terrific card and Sam Twiston-Davies will be on-board the unbeaten Give Me A Copper, in the G2 River Don Novices’ Hurdle (1:25pm).
He’ll also ride Marracudja, in the G2 Lightning Novices’ Chase (2:30pm) and Coillte Lass in the G2 Doncaster Mares’ Hurdle (3:05pm). There’s a Listed Handicap Chase (3:40pm), featuring Out Sam and Bigbadjohn.
At Naas, Ivan Grozny goes for Willie Mullins in the G3 Limestone Lad Hurdle (1:30pm). Haymount and Briar Hill will represent him, in the 100 Club Novice Chase (2:35pm).
There’s also action at Meydan, where Jim Crowley will be amongst the jockeys at work.
