To mark our countdown to Cheltenham, we have launched our brand new Chase To Cheltenham tipping game. The top 12 finishers will win a VIP package for two people on Day 1 of the Cheltenham festival worth £1,000. Not only that the top 100 runners up will win a £50 betting bank to use at the Cheltenham festival.
How do I play?
To qualify for the game you need to place one bet of £/€10 or numerous bets that add up to £/€10 in the games qualifying meeting. There will be 20 qualifying meetings in total but you only need to participate in 5 games to be in with a chance of winning.
Once you have placed a total of £/€10 at the qualifying meeting you can then enter your tips/selections for that game by clicking on the “Chase To Cheltenham” section under “Offers”.
Then click on the upcoming game on the left. Each game will have a number and the name of race meeting.
After clicking on the game you will be able to select your tips for that particular game. There will be six races in which you need to make selections, once you are happy with your picks click the save button at the bottom of the game.
That’s it.. just sit back and see how your picks perform.
How does the scoring system work?
Points are awarded for every selected runner who finished within the place terms for each race. If at the end of six races you have more points than your fellow competitors, you will win the game’s prize of £50, and if you beat our in house bookie’s score, you will win a consolation £10 bonus.
Your games scores are then added to the Chase To Cheltenham Leaderboard where it totals your 5 best scores from all qualifying games to give you a final ranking position.
At the start of the first race, you can see the bookie’s tips under “Points”. The points will be awarded within one minute of the settlement of each race. If your chosen runner places, you will receive points equivalent to the SP place odds.
For a winner, there are additional victory points equal to the winning SP odds. If one of the selected horses is a non-runner, the SP favourite will be assigned instead. In cases where there is more than one favourite, the horse with the lowest card number will be assigned.
